We are sad to announce the death of Frank Housam, Town Crier of Tiverton.
The funeral will be held on Tuesday 14th May in Witheridge Church,
Church Street, Witheridge EX16 8AF at 2:00pm.
A procession with a horse-drawn hearse will proceed from Witheridge Football Club to the church.
Further details may be obtained from his son Simon Housam.
The Town Council offers their sincere condolences to Frank's family at this difficult time.
Mayor, Tom Lindus, David Halestrap (Chairman), and Lady Louise Amory (Patron) at the Gold Star Tea Party which was held on Saturday 16 March 2013 at Duffield House.

The tea party was held to celebrate the award of the Gold Star to Abbeyfield Tiverton Society, recognising the achievement of the highest quality of management and service in the provision of Supported Sheltered Housing for older people.

The Rural Connection is the Devon and Somerset County Council's fantastic new subsidy scheme to help eradicate rural not-spots for homes and businesses in their Counties, and it was launched on 23rd November 2011.
The Deal
A key fact to understand is that the Grant is available on a first come, first served basis. It's likely to therefore be limited to around just 1,050 homes, households or businesses.
